I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am about being born-again. It’s the most amazing thing to know that you have access to Gods best all because of one person, Christ Jesus. It’s still a wonder to me why God loves me and yet He does, dare any of us to think that we are beyond being reached by the love of God.
Some look for evidence of Gods existence, they need to look no further than the cross. Here we see the full measure of Gods love demonstrated for man in one act of forgiveness that surpasses any sign one could be looking for from heaven. One only has to believe the simple message of the gospel to receive witness in himself of a risen saviour.
He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself, 1 John 5:10. We simply believe and God supplies the life “which by the way is the witness”. He that hath the son hath life, 1 John 5:12. Though it’s true to become a Christian you must believe in the death burial and resurrection of Jesus, but once you believe you receive the reality of a risen Christ living within you!
